How do I Subscribe to Daysync?

Subscribing to Daysync gives your organisation access to the full platform β€” including the ability to invite your team, collaborate across tours, and create as many tours as you need. Seats determine how many team members can be active in your organisation at any one time.


Subscribing for the First Time

To get started, you'll need to purchase seats for your organisation.

Step 1: From the Daysync dashboard, click the Upgrade button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: The billing modal will open. Select the number of seats you'd like to purchase for your organisation. You can start with what you need now and add more at any time.

Step 3: Click Continue to proceed to the checkout page.

Step 4: Enter your payment details on the checkout page and complete your purchase. Once confirmed, your subscription will be active and your team can start getting to work.


Managing Your Subscription

After subscribing, you can manage all aspects of your billing from the Billing page in Settings.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings and select Billing from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: From here you can update your seat count for your organisation. If you need to update your payment method or cancel your subscription.

Step 3: To update payment details or cancel your account, click Manage in Stripe to be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can make those changes.


Updating Your Seat Count

You can increase or decrease your seat count at any time from the Billing page.

Reducing seats: If you reduce your seat count, we'll credit your account for the unused time remaining on those seats. This credit is automatically applied to future invoices.

Note: To reduce seats, you need to have empty seats on your organisation, you can remove users from seats on the People page in settings.

Increasing seats: If you increase your seat count, we'll calculate the prorated cost for the remaining time in your current billing period and charge the card on file. If you need to update your payment method before purchasing additional seats, make sure to do this via Manage in Stripe first.


Why can't subscribe via the mobile app?

Unfortunately, due to app store rules and regulations - at this time, it is only possible to subscribe to Daysync via the web or desktop application on a tablet or computer.
