Creating a Daysync account allows you to manage your organisation and plan tours in one place. Follow the steps below to create your account, set up your profile, add your organisation, and build your first tour.
Create Your Account
Start by creating your Daysync account and securing your login credentials.
Step 1: Go to app.daysync.com, enter your email address or mobile number, and click Next.
Step 2: Check your email or messages for the verification code and enter it.
Step 3: Add a secondary login method (optional) or click Skip.
Step 4: Create a secure password, then click Next.
Set Up Your Profile
After creating your account, add your basic personal details to complete your profile.
Step 1: Enter your First Name and Last Name, then click Next.
Step 2: Review the Terms & Privacy Policy.
Step 3: Check the box to agree, then click Next.
Set Up Your Organisation
Next, create your organisation. This represents your company, artist profile, or team within Daysync.
Step 1: If you are joining an existing organisation, enter the Invite Code to join the team. If you want to create your own workspace, you can skip this step and continue to create a new organisation.
Step 2: Enter your Organisation Name.
Step 3: Choose your industry from the Organization Type dropdown menu.
Step 4: Upload an Organization Logo (optional — you can add it later).
Step 5: Click on "Create Organization" option to proceed.
Step 6: After creating the organisation, a success message will appear, confirming that your organisation has been created successfully. You can then proceed to the next step.
Create Your First Tour
Once your organisation is ready, you can create your first tour and define its basic details.
Step 1: Click Explore Demo Tour to proceed.
Step 2: From the left-side panel, click the dropdown arrow next to the current tour name to open the tour menu.
Step 3: Click Create Tour to start creating a new tour.
Step 4: Enter a Tour Name.
Step 5: Upload a Tour Iogo(optional) to represent the tour.
Step 6: Click Next to start adding your tour routing.
Step 7: Use the calendar to select the Start Date of the tour.
Step 8: Select the End Date of the tour.
Step 9: Click Next.
Build Your Tour Schedule
If you don’t have all the details yet, you can skip this step by clicking Create Tour. You can add or edit the schedule later.
Step 1: For each day, select the Day Type from dropdown menu (for example, Show Day or Travel Day).
Step 2: Enter a Day Name.
Step 3: Add the Location Name.
Step 4: Click Next Day to continue adding details for the remaining days of your schedule.
Step 5: Click the Create Tour button to create your tour and start planning!
