Set how Daysync shows times, dates and distances. These are personal settings: they change what you see, not what your team sees.
Change a preference
Click the menu at the top right and choose Account Settings.
Click My preferences.
Click Edit next to the setting you want to change.
Choose an option and click Save.
Time Format
12 hour, like 6:30 PM
24 hour, like 1830
Date Format
DD/MM/YYYY, like 31/12/2025
MM/DD/YYYY, like 12/31/2025
YYYY/MM/DD, like 2025/12/31
Measurement System
Metric, like kilometers
Imperial, like miles
This changes how drive distances are shown.
Other preferences
Appearance: light, dark, or match your device.
Color coded days: show day types in color in the Dates list.
