Daysync works out how long a drive takes for you. If you know better (traffic, a bus that drives slower, a planned stop), you can set the arrival time yourself.
How travel time works
When you add a Drive, Daysync calculates the route from Departure to Arrival and shows an estimated arrival, the drive time and the distance, like Est. 11:08 PM MDT, 23m • 25 km.
Set the arrival time yourself
Open the drive item (or create one with New Item › Drive).
Next to Arrives, turn off Auto-calculate.
Click the arrival time and pick a new one. Times are listed in 15-minute steps.
Click Save.
Turn Auto-calculate back on at any time to go back to Daysync's estimate.
Fine-tune the route instead
If you'd rather keep the estimate but make it more accurate, leave Auto-calculate on and:
Vehicle: choose the vehicle. Car is the default, and Vehicle Profiles lets you set up others, like a tour bus.
Avoid: tap any of Tolls, Highways, Ferries, Tunnels, Unpaved, Cash only tolls, State border or Country border.
Add break: add a stop along the way.
Tips
Times use local time zones. Departure and arrival show the time zone of each place.
Overnight drives can arrive the next day. You'll see (+1) next to the time.
