How Do I Invite Team Members and Manage Roles?

Daysync is built for teams. You can invite band members, crew, managers, and anyone else involved in your tour. Each person gets a role that controls what they can see and do:

  • Admin β€” Full access to all tours and members in the organisation.

  • Member β€” Added to specific tours with view-only access by default. Admins can grant edit access on a per-tour basis.

You can invite people by searching your existing organisation members or by sending an email invitation to someone new. You can also change roles or remove members at any time.
