Connecting Daysync to Other Tools (Claude, ChatGPT, MCP and the API)

Daysync connects to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask questions about your tour, or make changes, in plain English. Developers can also build their own integrations with the Daysync Integration API.

See and manage your connections

  1. Click the menu at the top right and choose Account Settings.

  2. Click Integrations.

Integrations settings
  • Connected lists the apps linked to your account.

  • Available to connect lists apps you can add. Click Connect and you'll be sent to that app to sign in.

Connecting creates a secure link. Daysync stores an access token, never your password.

Connect Claude

  1. In Claude (claude.ai or the Claude desktop app), go to Settings › Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

  2. Paste https://mcp.daysync.com/mcp and name it Daysync.

  3. Sign in to Daysync with the account whose tours you want to use.

  4. Review the permissions on the consent screen and approve.

  5. Start a new chat and ask "Which Daysync account am I connected as?" to check it worked.

Connect ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode (Settings › Security and login), then add a custom connection using https://mcp.daysync.com/mcp and sign in to Daysync. The full walkthrough is in the Daysync developer docs.

Connect another AI tool (Daysync MCP)

Any AI tool that supports remote MCP servers can connect to https://mcp.daysync.com/mcp. You'll sign in to Daysync and approve the permissions it asks for.

What you can ask

The AI can work with almost everything in Daysync: tours and days, schedule items, venues, stays and rooms, guest lists, bulletins, tags, custom fields, contacts, files and the day sheet. It can also read (not send) chat history. For example:

  • "What's the load-in time in Denver?"

  • "Add a press call at 2 PM on the Austin day."

  • "Which venues still have no capacity set?"

The AI acts as you. It can only see and change what you can in Daysync.

Disconnect an app

On the Integrations page, click Disconnect next to the app. Access stops immediately. Anything already synced stays where it is, and the connector may still be listed in the AI tool itself, so remove it there too if you like.

For developers: the Integration API

The Daysync Integration API is a REST/JSON API for approved partner apps. Apply for credentials in the Integrations Portal, then follow the Quickstart. Every call uses your app's API key and secret plus a Daysync user's OAuth token, and the same permissions as the app apply.
