How to Change Your Account Email

You can update the email address associated with your Daysync account from your profile settings. After updating the email, you will need to verify the new address to complete the change. Follow the steps below to update and verify your new email.


Step 1: From the Daysync dashboard, navigate to your profile section in the top-right corner.


Step 2: Click the profile icon, then select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.


Step 3: The My Profile page will open. Under Personal Information, locate the Email Address section.


Step 4: Click the Edit button next to your current email address.


Step 5: Enter your new email address in the Email Address field.



Step 6: Click Verify to proceed.


Step 7: Daysync will send a verification email to the new address. Open the email and follow the instructions to confirm the change.


After Updating Your Email


Once the verification process is completed, your account email will be updated. You may need to log in again using your new email address.


Important Notes

  • Use an email address that you can access long-term, as it will be used for account login and notifications.

  • If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Some account details may be hidden for security reasons, and changing your email may require additional verification.

  • The process is the same for both desktop and mobile browsers.
