You can update the email address associated with your Daysync account from your profile settings. After updating the email, you will need to verify the new address to complete the change.
Follow the steps below to update and verify your new email.
Step 1: Navigate to Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: After tapping on the Profile icon, you will be taken to the Account Settings page.
Step 3: Navigate to Personal Information to continue.
Step 4: On the Personal Information page, tap on the edit button from email section .
Step 5: After tapping on Edit, enter a new email address.
Step 6: A verification code will be received on new email address.
Step 7: Enter the 6-digit verification code.If don’t receive the code, click Resend code.
Step 8: Tap on Verify Email to confirm the code and complete the email update process.
Step 9: A confirmation message will appear indicating that your email has been successfully updated.
After Updating Your Email
Once the verification process is completed, your account email will be updated. You may need to log in again using your new email address.
Important Notes
Use an email address that you can access long-term, as it will be used for account login and notifications.
If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder.
Some account details may be hidden for security reasons, and changing your email may require additional verification.
The process is the same for both desktop and mobile browsers.
