How to Change Your Password on Daysync

Keeping your password updated helps maintain the security of your Daysync account. You can easily change your password at any time from your profile settings.

Follow these steps to change your password:

Step 1: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.


​Step 2: The Account Settings page will open.

Step 3: Tap Login & Security from the Account Settings page.

Step 4: The Login & Security page will open.

Step 5: Under the Login and Security, tap Update.

Step 6: In the Password section, tap Forgot next to the current password field.

Step 7: After clicking Forgot,The Forgot Password page will open.

Step 8: The OTP has been sent to your registered email.

Step 9: An OTP sent successfully message will appear.

Step 10: Now, enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email.

Step 11: In the New Password field, enter a strong password that meets all the listed requirements

Step 12: Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.

Step 13: If an error appears, ensure the password meets all criteria and matches the

confirmation field.

Step 14: Once both passwords match and all requirements are met, tap Reset Password to complete the process.

Step 15: A Password reset successfully confirmation message will appear, indicating your password has been updated.
