Keeping your password updated helps maintain the security of your Daysync account. You can easily change your password at any time from your profile settings.
Follow these steps to change your password:
Step 1: From the dashboard, navigate to the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Click on the profile icon and select Profile Settings.
Step 3: Once the My Profile page opens, navigate to the Login & Security option from the left-hand menu.
Step 4: The Login & Security page will open, where you can manage your password and account security settings.
Step 5: From this page, click Update Password to set a new password for your account.
Step 6: After clicking Update Password, the password settings page will open. Click Forgot? next to the Current Password field to continue resetting your password.
Step 7: After clicking Forgot?, the Reset Password page will open.
Step 8: Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Step 9: Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
Step 10: Enter the OTP (verification code) sent to your registered email.
Step 11: Click Reset Password to apply the changes.
Step 12: After clicking Reset Password, a success message will appear confirming that your password has been reset successfully.
