How to Reset Your Password on your Daysync Account

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it, you can quickly reset it using the password recovery option on the login page.

Follow these steps to reset your password:

Step 1: Open the Daysync app and tap Continue with email.

Step 2: Enter your registered email address in the provided field.

Step 3: After entering your email address, tap Next to proceed.

Step 4: On the verification screen, click More options.

Step 5: From the Choose different login method menu, tap Log in with password to continue using your password.

Step 6: On the password screen, click I Forgot my password.

Step 7: After clicking Forgot your password, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.


Step 8: Enter the 6-digit verification code received in your email.

Step 9: After entering the code, tap Verify OTP to continue.

Step 10: After verification, you will be redirected to the Account Settings page.

Step 11: Tap Login & Security from the Account Settings page.

Step 12: The Login & Security page will open.

Step 13: Under the Login and Security,tap Update.

Step 14: In the Password section, tap Forgot next to the current password field.

Step 15: After clicking Forgot,The Forgot Password page will open.

Step 16: The OTP has been sent to your registered email.

Step 17: An OTP sent successfully message will appear.

Step 18: Now, enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email.

Step 19: In the New Password field, enter a strong password that meets all the listed requirements

Step 20: Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.

Step 21: If an error appears, ensure the password meets all criteria and matches the confirmation field.

Step 22: Once both passwords match and all requirements are met, tap Reset Password to complete the process.

Step 23: A Password reset successfully confirmation message will appear, indicating your password has been updated.
