If you no longer wish to use Daysync, you can permanently delete your account from the profile settings. Deleting your account removes all associated data from the platform. Follow the steps below to complete the deletion process.
Step 1: From the Daysync dashboard, navigate to your profile section located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click the profile icon, then select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: The My Profile page will open. From the left-hand menu, navigate to and click Login & Security.
Step 4: In the Login & Security page, under the Account section, click Delete Account.
Step 7: A confirmation prompt will appear. Carefully read the message, as this action permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Step 8: Confirm your choice to delete the account.
After Deleting Your Account
Once the process is completed, your Daysync account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You may also receive an email confirmation after the account deletion is processed.
Important Notes
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to back up any important information before proceeding.
