Daysync allows you to create and manage tours by defining the tour name, duration, and daily itinerary. When creating a tour, you can set the tour’s basic details, select the start and end dates, and add day-specific information such as day type and location.
You can create and publish a tour even if all day details are not completed. Additional updates can be made later from the tour schedule.
Follow the steps below to create a new tour.
Step 1: From the dashboard, navigate to the left-side panel and click the dropdown arrow next to the current tour name.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Create Tour.
Step 3: Enter the Tour Name to identify your tour.
Step 4: Upload a Tour Iogo(optional) to represent the tour.
Step 5: Click Next to proceed.
Set the Tour Dates
Step 6: Click Select Start Date and choose the Start Date for the tour from the calendar.
Step 7: Select the End Date to define the tour duration.
Step 8: Click Next to continue.
Add Day Details
You can now create the day-by-day itinerary for your tour. Repeat the following steps to add details for each day. You do not need to complete the details for every day before creating the tour; additional information can be added later.
Step 9: Select the Day Type to define the purpose of the day, include Travel Day, Performance Day, or Day Off.
Step 10: Enter a Day Name to describe the activities planned for that day.
Step 11: Enter the Location Name for the day’s activities.
Step 12: Click Next Day to continue adding details for the next day.
Step 13: After entering the required information, click Create Tour.
The tour will be created and added to your tour schedule, where you can view and manage it.
Edit Tour Details After Creation
You can update the tour information at any time after creating it.
Step 1: From the tour schedule, Select day you want to edit.
Step 2: Click the pencil (edit) icon that appears.
Step 3: The Edit day panel will open.
Step 4: Update the Day Type, Location or Day Name as needed.
Step 5: Click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.
Edit Tour Dates
If you need to change the overall duration of the tour, you can update the start and end dates from the Tour Settings page for that specific tour.
