How to Add a Hotel or Stay

You can add accommodation details (hotels, rentals, or private stays) to your tour schedule in Daysync. This helps your team stay informed about where they will be staying during the tour.


Follow these steps to add a stay:


Step 1: From the dashboard, select your tour from the left-side panel.


Step 2: Click the Stays tab from the top navigation bar.


Step 3: Click Add Stay to open the stay creation window.


Step 4: Select the appropriate stay type based on your accommodation:

  • Hotel for commercial hotels

  • Rental for Airbnb or similar properties

  • Residence for private stays


Step 5: In the Address field, search for the hotel or location and select the correct option from the results.


Step 6: Enter the Stay title (e.g., “Melbourne Hotel Stay” or “Sydney Airbnb”).


Step 7: Set the Check-in date and time.


Step 8: Set the Check-out date and time.


Step 9: (Optional) Enable Notify members to inform your team about the stay.


Step 10: Click Save to add the stay to your tour schedule.


View Your Stay

After saving, the stay will appear in the Stays section. You can click on it anytime to view or update details.


Tips

  • Use the Hotel option whenever possible for auto-filled details and accuracy
    .

  • Add a booking reference for easy identification.

  • Enable Notify members to keep your team updated in real time.
