How to Add a Hotel or Stay

You can add accommodation details (hotels, rentals, or private stays) to your tour schedule in Daysync. This helps your team stay informed about where they will be staying during the tour.

Follow these steps to add a stay:

Step 1: Tap on the dropdown menu at the top.

Step 2: Select the tour you want to manage.

Step 3: Tap on the day for which you want to add stays.

Step 4: Navigate to the Stays section.

Step 5: The Stays page will open.

Step 6: Click Add Stay button.

Step 7: The Add Stay page will open.

Step 8: On this page, select the stay type:

  • Hotel: Select this option when booking a stay at a hotel or serviced accommodation.

  • Rental: Choose this for rented stays such as apartments, Airbnb, or short-term rentals.

  • Private: Use this option for personal or private stays, such as staying with friends or family.

Step 9: Search for the hotel name in the Hotel Name field.

Step 10: Click on the date field and select the check-in date.

Step 11: Click on the time field and select the check-in time.

Step 12: Click on the date field and select the check-out date.

Step 13: Click on the time field and select the check-out time.

Step 14: Enter the confirmation number in the provided field.

Step 15: Click on the Reservation Status field.

Step 16: Select the required reservation status from the list.

Step 17: Enter notes in the required field.

Step 18: Enable Notify tour members to send updates to the team.

Step 19: Tap Manage to view visibility options.

Step 20: The Manage Visibility page opens.

Step 21: Select the desired visibility option.

Step 22: Tap Done to apply the changes.

Step 23: A confirmation message will appear showing that the visibility has been updated.

Step 24: Tap Add to upload attachments.

Step 25: Tap Add Stay to save the details.

Step 26: A final confirmation message will appear indicating that the stay has been successfully added.

View Your Stay

After saving, the stay will appear in the Stays section. You can click on it anytime to view or update details.

Tips

  • Use the Hotel option whenever possible for auto-filled details and accuracy
    .

  • Add a booking reference for easy identification.

  • Enable Notify members to keep your team updated in real time.
