How to Edit or Delete Hotel, Stay, and Accommodation Information

Keeping accommodation information up to date ensures that your crew and team members always have the correct hotel details during the tour. You can update hotel information such as check-in times, booking references, or notes, and you can also remove a stay if the booking changes.

Follow the steps below to edit or delete hotel and stay details in your tour:


Editing Hotel Information

Step 1: Tap on the dropdown menu at the top.

Step 2: Select the tour you want to manage.

Step 3: Tap on the day for which you want to confirm for stays.

Step 4: Navigate to the Stays section.

Step 5: Stay will appear in the Stays section.

Step 6: In the Stays section, tap the chevron (>) next to the stay to open its details.

Step 7: After tapping, the stay details page will open.

Step 8: Tap the three-dot menu (โ‹ฎ) in the top-right corner.

Step 9: Select edit accomodation option from the list.

Step 10: After tapping Edit accommodation, the Edit Stay page will open.

Step 11: Select the required stay type.

Step 12: Update the required information as needed, such as:

  • Hotel name

  • Check-in times

  • Check-out times

Step 13: Click Save changes to apply the updates.

Step 14: A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the changes have been successfully saved.

Once saved, the updated hotel details will automatically appear across the tour schedule, and stays list.

Deleting a Hotel

Step 1: From the stays tab, click the hotel stay you want to remove.

Step 2: Tap the chevron (>) next to the stay to open its details.

Step 3: After tapping, the stay details page will open.

Step 4: Select delete accomodation option from the list.

Step 5: After tapping Delete, a confirmation prompt will appear.

Step 6: Tap Delete to confirm and remove the accommodation.

Step 7: A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the stay has been successfully deleted.

Tips

  • Add clear notes such as parking access, lobby details, or key pickup instructions to help your crew during check-in.

  • If a hotel booking changes, make sure to notify your team so they have the correct accommodation information.

  • Deleting a stay removes it from all tour views, so double-check before confirming the action.
