Keeping accommodation information up to date ensures that your crew and team members always have the correct hotel details during the tour. You can update hotel information such as check-in times, booking references, or notes, and you can also remove a stay if the booking changes.
Follow the steps below to edit or delete hotel and stay details in your tour:
Editing Hotel Information
Step 1: From the dashboard, select your tour from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Click the Stays tab from the top navigation bar. This page displays all accommodation entries grouped by date.
Step 3: Locate and click the hotel stay you want to edit (for example: ibis Melbourne or Perth Stay).
Step 4: Click the vertical ellipsis icon and select Edit option from the dropdown menu to open the editable stay details.
Step 5: A modal window Edit Stay will appear. Update the required information as needed, such as:
Hotel name
Address
Check-in and check-out times
Step 6: Click Save to apply the updates.
After clicking Save, a success message will appear confirming that the accommodation has been updated (e.g., "Accommodation Updated").
Once saved, the updated hotel details will automatically appear across the tour schedule, stays list, and day sheets.
Deleting a Hotel
Step 1: From the Stays tab, click the hotel stay you want to remove.
Step 2: Click the vertical ellipsis icon and select Delete from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: A confirmation modal Delete Accommodation will appear. Click Delete to proceed with the deletion.
After confirmation, a success message will appear confirming that the accommodation has been deleted (e.g., "Accommodation deleted successfully") and the hotel stay will be removed from the Stays tab and from the calendar or day sheet for that date.
Tips
Add clear notes such as parking access, lobby details, or key pickup instructions to help your crew during check-in.
If a hotel booking changes, make sure to notify your team so they have the correct accommodation information.
Deleting a stay removes it from all tour views, so double-check before confirming the action.
