During a tour, it is common for crew members, band members, or staff to stay in different hotels on the same day. Daysync allows you to add multiple stays for the same date, making it easier to organize accommodation details and ensure everyone knows where they are staying.
Follow the steps below to add and manage multiple hotel stays for a single day:
Adding Multiple Hotels for One Day
Step 1: From the dashboard, select your tour from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Click the Stays tab from the top navigation bar. All accommodation entries will appear grouped by date.
Step 3: Locate the date where you want to add multiple hotels.
Step 4: Click + Add Stay to add the first hotel.
Step 5: Enter the required hotel details, such as:
Hotel name
Address
Check-in and check-out dates
Step 6: Click Save to add the first hotel stay.
After clicking Save, a success message will appear confirming that the accommodation has been updated (e.g., "Accommodation added").
Step 7: To add another hotel for the same date, click + Add Stay again.
Step 8: Enter the details for the additional hotel and click Save. Each hotel will appear as a separate stay under the same date.
Editing or Deleting Individual Hotels
Step 1: Click on the hotel stay listed under the selected date to open its details.
Step 2: Click the vertical ellipsis icon.
Step 3: Click Edit to update hotel information if needed.
Step 4: Click Delete if you want to remove a hotel from that specific date.
Each stay can be edited or removed independently, even when multiple hotels are listed for the same day.
Tips
Use multiple hotel entries when crew, band members, or drivers are staying at different locations.
Add clear notes to indicate which team members are assigned to each hotel.
Always include the confirmation number to help crew members check in quickly.
In Day Sheets, each hotel will appear separately, making it easier for teams to view their assigned accommodation.
