See your whole tour at a glance, then jump into any day for the detail.
The Dates list
Open the tour. The Dates list on the left shows every day, with its day type (like Show Day or Travel Day), name and location. Click a day to open it.
Search (magnifying glass) finds a day by name or place.
Filter shows only certain day types, like Show Day.
The pencil on a selected day opens Edit Day, where you can change its type, location and name.
View a day's schedule
With a day open, the Schedule tab shows everything planned. Choose a view at the top:
Calendar: a timeline of the day.
Day sheet: a running order you can download as a PDF.
Table: a sortable list.
Use the arrows at the top right to step to the previous or next day.
Share the itinerary
Click the tour name at the top left:
Copy tour dates as plain text to paste the whole run into an email or message.
Hide past dates to keep the list focused on what's coming up.
Sync tour to calendar to see the tour in your own calendar app.
