Daysync allows you to view the complete itinerary for your tour in one place. The schedule displays all planned activities such as show days, production days, travel days, and other scheduled events. You can easily navigate between different days and review the details for each activity within the tour.
Follow the steps below to view the full tour itinerary.
Step 1: From the dashboard, navigate to the left-side panel and click the dropdown arrow next to the current tour name to open the tour menu.
Step 2: Select the tour you want to view. If you have multiple tours, choose the appropriate one from the list.
Step 3: After selecting the tour, the Schedule page will open. From the left-side panel, select the specific day you want to view in the itinerary.
Step 4: From the left-side panel, click the day you want to edit, then click the pencil (edit) icon to open the day details.
Step 5: The Edit day type and location panel will open. Here you can view details such as the day type, day name, and location for that specific day.
Step 6: In the main section of the page, you can view the daily schedule, which displays all events and activities planned for the selected date.
Switch Between Schedule Views
Daysync allows you to view the itinerary using different layout options depending on how you want to review the schedule.
The Calendar View displays events along a timeline for the selected day, making it easy to see how activities are distributed throughout the day.
The Day Sheet view provides a more structured list format, showing all scheduled items and activities for that day in a detailed breakdown.
Manage Time Zones
The Timezones option allows you to review and manage the time zone associated with the tour schedule. This is particularly useful when the tour includes events in different cities or countries, ensuring that all event times are displayed accurately according to the selected location.
Use Templates
The Templates dropdown allows you to quickly add commonly used schedule items to your itinerary. Templates help speed up the scheduling process by providing predefined activity structures that can be inserted into the tour schedule.
View Details for Each Day
The main schedule area displays all events and activities planned for the selected day. Each schedule item shows key details such as the event title, time, duration, and location (if provided). By reviewing this section, you can easily see the full itinerary for the selected day and understand how activities are organized throughout the schedule.
