Daysync allows you to view the complete itinerary for your tour in one place. The schedule displays all planned activities such as show days, production days, travel days, and other scheduled events. You can easily navigate between different days and review the details for each activity within the tour.
Follow the steps below to view the full tour itinerary.
Step 1: Tap on the dropdown menu at the top.
Step 2: Select the tour you want to manage.
Step 3: Tap on the day you want to view.
Step 4: The day details page will open, where you can see all scheduled activities for that day.
Step 5: On the selected day, tap the three-dot (⋯) icon to view additional options or manage the day’s details.
Step 6: A More Options menu will open with additional actions.
Step 7: Tap on Edit day details to update the selected day.
Step 8: The Edit Day page will open.
Step 9: Update the required fields such as Day Type, Location, or Day Name.
Step 10: Tap Save to apply the changes.
Use Templates
The Templates dropdown allows you to quickly add commonly used schedule items to your itinerary. Templates help speed up the scheduling process by providing predefined activity structures that can be inserted into the tour schedule.
Step 1: Tap on the dropdown menu at the top.
Step 2: Select the tour you want to manage.
Step 3: Tap on the day you want to update.
Step 4: The day details page will open, where you can see all scheduled activities for that day.
Step 5: On the selected day, tap the three-dot (⋯) icon to view additional options or manage the day’s details.
Step 6: A More Options menu will open with additional actions.
Step 7: Tap on Teamplates option to update the selected day.
Step 8: The Templates page will open.
Step 9: Tap My templates to use an existing template.
Step 10: Tap Save as new template to save the current setup as a template for future use.
View Details for Each Day
The main schedule area displays all events and activities planned for the selected day. Each schedule item shows key details such as the event title, time, duration, and location (if provided). By reviewing this section, you can easily see the full itinerary for the selected day and understand how activities are organized throughout the schedule.
