Daysync allows you to manage your tours by archiving, deleting, or restoring them when needed. These options help keep your active tour list organized so you can focus only on current or upcoming tours while safely storing past tours for future reference.
Navigate to the Tours Section
Before managing tours, you need to access the Tours management page.
Step 1: From the Daysync dashboard, navigate to the profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click the profile icon. A dropdown menu will appear. From the dropdown, select Profile Settings.
Step 3: The My Profile page will open. From the left-hand menu, navigate to and click Tours to view and manage all your tours.
Archive a Tour
Archiving moves a tour from your active tour list to the Archived Tours section without permanently deleting it. This is useful for organizing past or inactive tours.
Step 1: From the Tours list, select the tour you want to archive.
Step 2: Click the Tour Options menu for that tour (usually represented by the three-dot (...) icon).
Step 3: Select Archive Tour option from dropdown menu.
Step 4: A confirmation window will appear.
Step 5: Click the Archive Tour button to proceed with archiving the selected tour.
Step 6: After confirming, a success notification will appear indicating that the tour has been successfully archived. The tour will now be moved to the Archived Tours section.
Delete a Tour
Deleting a tour permanently removes it from your Daysync account.
Note: This action cannot be undone.
Step 1: From the Tours list, select the tour you want to delete.
Step 2: Click the Tour Options menu for that tour (usually represented by the three-dot (...) icon)
Step 3: Select Delete Tour option from dropdown menu.
Step 4: A confirmation prompt will appear.
Step 5: Click the DeleteTour button to proceed with deleting the selected tour.
Step 6: After confirming, a success notification will appear indicating that the tour has been successfully deleted. The tour will be permanently removed from the Tours section.
Unarchive a Tour
If you need to restore a previously archived tour, you can move it back to the active tours list.
Step 1: Navigate to the Tours Section.
Step 2: Click the Archived Tours tab.
Step 3: Select the archived tour you want to restore.
Step 4: Click the Tour Options menu for that tour (usually represented by the three-dot (...) icon)
Step 5: Select Unarchive Tour.
Step 6: A confirmation prompt will appear.
The tour will be moved back to your Active Tours list.
