Updated this week

Daysync allows you to add schedule items to organize daily activities within your tour calendar. By creating schedule items, you can define event titles, locations, and event times to ensure your team clearly understands the planned activities.

Follow the steps below to create a new schedule item.

Step 1: From the main menu, select the tour where you want to add the schedule item.

Step 2: After selecting the tour, the Schedule section will open displaying the calendar.

Step 3: From the left-hand panel, select the day for which you want to create the schedule item.

Step 4: Navigate to the selected date using either Calendar View or Day Sheet view.

Step 5: Click the + Create dropdown button.

Step 6: From the dropdown menu, select Schedule Item.

Step 7: After selecting Schedule Item, the schedule item details panel will appear. Enter the Title of the schedule item to clearly identify the event.

Step 8: Set the Start Time and End Time for the event. If needed, enable All-day if the event lasts the entire day, or select No end time if the event does not have a defined end time. The event timezone (UTC) will also be displayed based on the selected location.
