Got a run of show as a PDF, a screenshot of an advance email, or a spreadsheet from the promoter? AI Import reads it and turns it into schedule items for you, so you don't have to type every line.
Import a schedule
Open the day you want to fill and go to the Schedule tab.
Click AI Import (or right-click the timeline and choose AI Import, or press ⌘ I on a Mac).
Add your schedule in one of two ways: - Upload a document: drag a file into the box, or click Or select file. Then click Scan Document. - Paste text: click Enter Plain Text, paste your itinerary, and click Scan Text.
Review Here's what we found. Each item shows its time, title and location. Untick anything you don't want.
Click Add Items to Schedule.
You'll see a message confirming how many items were added.
What it can read
PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, images (like screenshots and photos), and common text files such as TXT, Markdown, HTML and JSON. One document per upload.
Good to know
One day at a time. Everything is added to the day you have open. Multi-day itineraries and hotel bookings aren't supported yet.
Clear times work best. Documents with a clear title and time for each line give the best results.
Always review. AI can make mistakes. Check the list before adding, and edit items afterward if needed.
Tips
Set the day's location first. Imported times use a time zone, so make sure the day has the right location before you import.
Tidy up afterward. Imported items don't always have end times, so add them where it matters.
