Easily add guests to your tour and manage additional attendees (+1s) from a single place. This helps you keep your guest list accurate and organized for each show.
Follow the steps below to add a guest and manage +1s in the guest list.
Step 1: Tap on the Guest List tab from the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: After tapping on Guest List, select the show from the list to manage guest list.
Step 3: After tapping on the show, the guest list page will open.
Step 4: Tap the Add Request button to start adding a new guest to the list.
Step 5: After clicking Add Request, the Add Guest form will open.
Step 6: Enter the guest’s First Name in the required field.
Step 7: Enter the guest’s Last Name in the required field.
Step 8: Enter the guest’s Affiliation to specify their relationship.
Step 9: Enter the guest’s Email address (optional) if you want them to receive updates about the request.
Step 10: Tap on the Number of guests field in the Request Details section to open the dropdown list.
Step 11: Select the required number of guests from the list.
Step 12: Tap on the Requestor field to open the search panel.
Step 13: Enter the requestor’s name in the search field.
Step 14: Tap on the Pick Up Method field from the dropdown list.
Step 15: Select the preferred option from the dropdown menu.
Step 16: Tap on the Approval Status field to open the available options.
Step 17: Select the appropriate status from the list.
Step 18: Enter any Notes in the notes field to provide additional details.
Step 19: Toggle Notify Members to send notifications to relevant team members.
Step 20: Tap the Submit button to complete the guest request.
Step 21: A confirmation message will appear indicating that the guest request has been successfully submitted.
Tips
+1s are included in the total guest count, so always check capacity limits.
Use the Notes field to add details about additional guests if needed.
Sorting by Number of Guests helps quickly identify larger groups.
