How to Edit or Remove Guests from a List

You can update guest details or remove guests from your list to keep it accurate and up to date for each show.
Follow these steps to edit or remove guests.


Follow the steps below to edit or remove guests from a guest list.

Editing a Guest Entry

Step 1: Tap on the Guest List tab from the bottom navigation bar.


Step 2: After tapping on Guest List, select the desired show from the list to edit the guest list.

Step 3: From the Guest List page, locate the guest you want to edit.


Step 4: Tap on the arrow (>) next to their name to open the guest details.


Step 5: After clicking the arrow, the Request Details page will open.


Step 6: Tap the Edit (pencil) icon to edit the guest’s details.


Step 7: After clicking the Edit (pencil) icon the edit page opens allowing you to update the guest’s details as needed.

  • First Name / Last Name

  • Affiliation (e.g., press, family, industry)

  • Number of Guests (+1s)

  • Requestor

  • Pickup Method

  • Notes


Step 8: After updating the details, tap the Save button to apply the changes.

Step 10: A confirmation message will appear to indicate that the changes have been successfully saved.

Removing a Guest

Step 1: Tap the Remove (trash) button to delete the guest from the list.

Step 2: A confirmation popup will appear.


Step 3: Click Delete Request to confirm and permanently remove the guest from the list.


Step 4: A confirmation message will appear confirming that the guest has been successfully removed from the list.
