How to Assign Pass Types to Guests

Assigning pass types helps you manage guest access by defining who receives GA, VIP, AAA, crew passes, and more. This ensures proper allocation and control over event access.

Follow these steps to assign pass types to guests:

Step 1: Tap on the dropdown menu at the top.

Step 2: Select the tour you want to manage.

Step 3: Tap on the Guest List option from the bottom navigation bar.

Step 4: A guest list page will be open.

Step 5: On the selected show day, click the Edit Passes button to manage guest passes.

Step 6: After clicking on Edit Passes, show passes page will open.

Step 7: Click Create new tour pass to add a new pass.

Step 8: After clicking Create new tour pass, a new page will open to set up the pass details.

Step 9: In the Pass Name field, enter a clear and descriptive name for the pass.

Step 10: In the Pass Abbreviation field, enter a short code for the pass.

Step 11: Click the Material Type field to open the dropdown menu.

Step 12: From the dropdown list, select the appropriate material type.

Step 13: Enter a brief description of the pass in the Pass Description field.

Step 14: In the Visibility section, click Manage to configure who can access this pass type.

Step 15: After clicking Manage, a new page will open.

Step 16: On this page, choose the desired visibility option.

Step 17: After selecting the visibility option, click Done to save your changes.

Step 18: Click Upload, then select the desired image.

Step 19: Click Create new tour pass type to finalize and create the pass.

Step 20: A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the pass type has been successfully created or updated.

How to Manage Pass

Manage passes to control access across your shows by creating, editing, or deleting pass types as needed.
You can also adjust visibility, update details, and track where each pass is being used.

Follow these steps to manage passes efficiently.

Step 1: Tap on the dropdown menu at the top.

Step 2: Select the tour you want to manage.

Step 3: Tap on the Guest List option from the bottom navigation bar.

Step 4: A guest list will be open.

Step 5: On the selected show day, click the Edit Passes button to manage guest passes.

Step 6: After clicking on Edit Passes, show passes page will open.

Step 7: Click Manage pass types to view and manage existing pass types.

Step 8: After clicking Manage pass types, a tour pass type page will open showing all available tour pass types.

Step 9: Click on the desired pass type to view.

Step 10: After selecting the pass type, its full details will be displayed on the page.

Step 11: Tap the Usage tab to view where the pass is used.

Step 12: To edit the pass details, tap the Edit (pencil) icon next to the pass type.

Step 13: To delete the pass type, tap the Delete (trash) icon next to it.

Step 14: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tap Delete Pass Type to proceed.

Step 15: A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the pass type has been successfully deleted.

Tips

  • Use AAA or Crew passes carefully, as they may require internal approval.

  • For guests with +1s, assign multiple passes (e.g., multiple GA passes) instead of creating separate entries.
    ​

  • Sort by Number of Guests to efficiently manage and allocate limited capacity.
