How to Assign Pass Types to Guests

Assigning pass types helps you manage guest access by defining who receives GA, VIP, AAA, crew passes, and more. This ensures proper allocation and control over event access.


Follow these steps to assign pass types to guests:


Step 1: From the dashboard, select your tour from the left-side panel.


Step 2: Click the Guest List tab and select the relevant show date.


Step 3: Click on the guest entry you want to manage and select Edit Guest Request. This will open the guest detail view.


Step 4: Review the Number of guests field. This represents the maximum number of passes that can be assigned to this guest (including +1s).


Step 5: Assign the required pass types (e.g., GA, VIP, AAA) based on the guest’s access level.


Ensure that the total number of assigned passes does not exceed the requested number of guests.


Step 7: Click Save to finalize the pass allocation.


The assigned passes will now appear under the guest’s entry.


Tips

  • Use AAA or Crew passes carefully, as they may require internal approval.

  • For guests with +1s, assign multiple passes (e.g., multiple GA passes) instead of creating separate entries.

  • Sort by Number of Guests to efficiently manage and allocate limited capacity.
