How to Set Guest List Limits

Setting guest list limits helps you stay within venue capacity and promoter restrictions. You can control how many guests are allowed, track approvals, and prevent over-allocation.


Follow these steps to set and manage guest list limits:


Step 1: Tap on the dropdown menu at the top.


Step 2: Select the tour you want to manage.


Step 3: Tap on the Guest List option from the bottom navigation bar.


Step 4: The Guest List page will open. Select the show for which you want to manage the guest list.


Step 5: Tap on the selected show (>) to proceed.


Step 6: Tap on the Guests section to view or manage the guest list for the selected show.


Step 7: Tap on Manage Limits to set or update guest list limits for the selected show.

Step 8: The Guest Limit page will open, where you can configure capacity settings for the selected show.


Step 9: Under Capacity Limit Mode, you will see three options: Hard, Soft, and No Limit.


Step 10: Select the appropriate option based on your requirement:

  • Hard: Blocks requests once the limit is reached.



  • Soft: Allows requests but shows a warning when limits are exceeded.

  • No Limit: No restrictions on the number of guests.


Step 11: Enter the maximum number of guests in the Max number of guests field (e.g., 100).


Step 12: Tab Save to apply the limit.


Step 13: A success message will appear confirming that the guest limit has been updated successfully.

Updating Limits

Step 1: Tap on the Guest List option from the bottom navigation bar.


Step 2: The Guest List page will open. Select the show for which you want to manage the guest list.


Step 3: Tap on the selected show (>) to proceed.


Step 4: Tap on the Guests section to update the guest list for the selected show.


Step 5: Tap on the Manage Limits button.


Step 6: The Guest Limit page will open. The previously selected capacity mode (e.g., Hard) will be displayed.


Step 7: Choose the desired capacity limit mode (Hard, Soft, or No Limit) based on your requirement.


Step 8: Enter the desired number in the Total guests limit field.


Step 9: Tap on the Save button to apply the changes.


Step 10: A success message will appear confirming that the guest limit has been updated successfully.

Tips

  • Set limits early for high-demand shows.

  • Monitor requested vs approved counts regularly.

  • Adjust limits if venue capacity or allocations change.
